To start off my wonderful day i’m going to have a half of a grapefruit and a half cup of [pre-made strawberries and cream] oatmeal with some orange juice.
My diet is not so much about what i eat [because that’s not so much a problem for me] as to how much i eat. I love food and i know it’s my worst enemy. Especially the bad stuff. So portion control is my main focus along with exercise
